Here are some key facts and information about Mount Ararat: Geographical Characteristics: Mount Ararat is a compound volcano consisting of two major peaks - Greater Ararat and Lesser Ararat. Greater Ararat, the higher of the two, stands at an impressive 5,137 meters (16,854 feet) tall. Its prominence makes it a visually striking feature of the surrounding region. Climbing Expeditions Ararat: Mount Ararat Climbing is a popular destination for experienced climbers and mountaineers seeking a challenging ascent. The climb offers adventurers an opportunity to experience stunning landscapes and panoramic views from its peak. Tour Plan

• Day 1:
  Airport Transfer to Dogubayazit Upon your arrival at the airport (Van / Igdir / Agri), the group will meet and transfer to your hotel in Dogubayazit. You'll have some free time to settle in and prepare for the upcoming trek.
• Day 2:
  Dogubayazit to Mt. Ararat (Camp II, 4,200 m) In the morning, we'll be transferred to Eli or Cevirme village by minibus to begin our trek. We will trek to Camp II (4,200 m), with the journey taking about 4-7 hours. Our luggage will be carried by horses or mules. as we'll be heading towards the summit. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
• Day 3:
  Summit Day (5,137 m) We will start the trek early in the morning (at 2 a.m.) after breakfast. The ascent will require equipment necessary for ice climbing due to glaciers and perennial snow from about 4,500m. The trek is estimated to take around 5-7 hours. After reaching the Top of Mount Ararat (5,137 m), we will return to Camp 2, rest, eat, and pack our equipment. We will descend from summit to Eli or Cevirme Village, which will take about 4-6 hours, and then return to Dogubayazit. There will be an option to visit Ishak Pasha Palace. Overnight stay at a hotel in Dogubayazit.
• Day 4:
  Transfer to Airport We will be transferred to the airport (Van / Igdir / Agri) for departure. Thank you for joining the mount ararat climbing tour.
