Mount Ararat is a majestic and iconic peak located in Eastern Turkey near the border with Armenia. Here are some key facts and information about Mount Ararat: Geographical Characteristics: Mount Ararat is a compound volcano consisting of two major peaks - Greater Ararat and Lesser Ararat. Greater Ararat, the higher of the two, stands at an impressive 5,137 meters (16,854 feet) tall. Its prominence makes it a visually striking feature of the surrounding region. Climbing Expeditions Ararat: Mount Ararat Climbing is a popular destination for experienced climbers and mountaineers seeking a challenging ascent. The climb offers adventurers an opportunity to experience stunning landscapes and panoramic views from its peak. Tour Plan

• Day 1:
  We meet at Ağri or igdir Airport, then transfer to the hotel in Dogubayazit city.
• Day 2:
  Transfer to Ararat Eli Village at 2200m, then walk to ski base camp at 2700m. Luggage is carried by horses up to base camp.
• Day 3:
  Ascend carrying skies to winter ski second camp at 3600m. Stay overnight in a tent.
• Day 4:
  Acclimatization day – we hike up carrying our skies to 4300m, then ski down to second camp at 3600m. Stay overnight in a tent.
• Day 5:
  Summit day – we ascend carrying our skies to the summit at 5137m. We will have 10-15 minutes to take photos and then return to second camp. Stay overnight in a tent.
• Day 6:
  We have breakfast in the morning, then ski down to 2600m. We then go back down to meet our driver at 2200m, who will take us to hotel in Dogubayazit. We will have one hour to rest, then have lunch and in the afternoon we go on to a cultural trip in Doğubeyazıt. We will visit Isak Paşa palace, Noha’s Ark, Iranian border, Meteor Crater; stay overnight at hotel.
• Day 7:
  Breakfast at the hotel. Later we will take you to the airport for your returning flight. End of your Ararat ski tour trip.
